What is the Munetrix Early Warning Module?
The Munetrix Early Warning Module helps educators quickly identify students who are "at-risk" for meeting key educational milestones, at the building, class, and individual student level.
Where does the data come from?
Michigan - For Michigan customers the data is pulled via API from the Michigan Data Hub and updated nightly.
Across the Country - For customers across the country, data is imported from local district data sources such as the student information system.
How secure is the data?
All student data is stored on Munetrix servers supported by Amazon Web Services, using the highest levels of data encryption possible.
Who has access to the data?
Users have limited visbility and access to student data based on their district and user role.
- Users with the role of District Administrator have access to all students, in all buildings, across the district.
- Users with the role of Building Administrator have access to all student data across the building.
- Users with the role of Teacher have access to student data for only the students who are rostered to the teacher in classes or courses.
Can anyone sign-up for an account?
While any individual may request a user account, all user account requests that are not provided by the lead district contact or stakeholder must be verified or approved the lead contact on the district administrative team.

Which Internet Browser should I use?
While Munetrix supports multiple internet browsers including Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Microsoft Edge, and Apple Safari - we highly recommend using Google Chrome for maximum performance and ease of use. Also, ensure that all browser plugins are updated regularly.
Can I use the Early Warning Module on a mobile device?
Yes. The Early Warning Module works well on smart phones, tablets and laptops. For optimum viewing of data tablets or laptop computers are highly recommended.
Can I print a report with all of the key information for a student?

Can I view which specific students are at a particular risk level for a category (i.e. high, medium, low, or now risk?
