Early Warning - Summary

The Early Warning - Summary empowers educators to quickly identify students at various risk levels across different criteria such as attendance, behavior, course grades, etc.

Early Warning - Summary: Building Snapshot


  • Log in to https://studentdashboard.munetrix.com 
  • The district will be selected by default.  Select the year and building from the drop down menus at the top of the page.  (Note:  Once selected, the filters will retain the selections for future logins until changed.)


  • Select the grading period.

 

  • The Early Warning - Summary dashboard will appear for the selected building displaying the distribution of students across risk levels for each criteria, as shown below.

Blue = No Risk Students  (Turned off by default.)

Green = Low Risk Students

Yellow = Medium Risk Students

Red = High Risk Students

 

  • Click "No Risk Students" in the legend to turn on if desired.



  • Click the shaded area for a criteria and risk level.  Example: Discipline, Medium Risk Students



  • The dashboard will display the students who are at the selected criteria and risk level below.  For example, medium risk students in the area of discipline and behavior.


  • The student list will also display the corresponding risk levels across the other criteria areas for each student displayed.

 

  • Click the name of a student to view a summary of risk highlights across each criteria area for that student.


  • Click the view icon  👁️ in the Action column to view detailed information about the student such as grade, socioeconomic and demographic information, program identifications, parent/guardian, contact information, etc.
