Student List and Search Students
To locate a student quickly in the Early Warning Module student dashboard, view the student list or use the search students feature under "Students".

Students: Student List
- To view a list of all students in the building, click Students on the left menu panel.
- Click the name of a student to view a summary of risk highlights across each criteria area for that student.
- Click the view icon 👁️ in the Action column to view detailed information about the student such as grade, socioeconomic and demographic information, program identifications, parent/guardian, contact information, etc.
Students: Search for a Student
- To search for a specific student, enter the first and/or last name into the search fields. Note: Students can be searched for by an initial and a name. For example, first name, last name first letter. (i.e. Travis W instead of Travis Wolfe)
- Click Search.
- Click the name of a student to view a summary of risk highlights across each criteria area for that student.
- Click the view icon 👁️ in the Action column to view detailed information about the student such as grade, socioeconomic and demographic information, program identifications, parent/guardian, contact information, etc.
Students: Search Students with Filters
- To search using additional criteria such as teacher, course, ELL, economically disadvantaged, etc. click + Add Filters.
- Select the desired filters. For example Algebra 2A. The list of students will narrow to all students enrolled in the selected course.
- Click the name of a student to view a summary of risk highlights across each criteria area for that student.
- Click the view icon 👁️ in the Action column to view detailed information about the student such as grade, socioeconomic and demographic information, program identifications, parent/guardian, contact information, etc.
