Register for Munetrix User Account (Neighborhood Intel Edition)

This article provides step-by-step directions on how to create a Munetrix user account for the Neighborhood Intel Edition.

Create a New User Account

• Send an email to support@munetrix.com or your Munetrix Implementation Manager requesting an account for the the Munetrix Neighborhood Intel Edition.
• In the email include:
  
  • User First and Last Name
  • User Organization Name
  • User Department
  • User Title
  • User Email Address
  • Neighborhood Intel Edition Product(s) the user needs access too.
• Users may be granted access to the following Neighborhood Intel Edition products:
  • Neighborhood Intel: Block Analyzer (statewide block level data)
  • Neighborhood Intel: Parcel Analyzer (community parcel level data)
  • Neighborhood Intel: Code Enforcement Analyzer
  • Neighborhood Intel: Place Impact Analyzer
• Lead stakeholders may also request accounts for additional users by including the above information.
  
  

 

Please allow up to 2-3 days for account creation as it requires work from our engineering team for the Neighborhood Intel Edition products.

 

Completing the Account Registration Process

Once the user account(s) have been set up by the Munetrix engineering team, each new user will be sent an email notification with the following steps to complete the registration.

• Open your internet browser.
• Go to (custom URL provided for your organization).
• Click Create Account.
• Sign-up using your organization or work email address.
• Where "phone number" is requested - enter your cell phone number.  (This is required for 2-factor authentication.)
• You will receive a text with a 2-factor authentication code.
• Enter the 2-factor authentication code when prompted.
• Once the 2-factor authentication code is recognized, you will be prompted to sign in to Neighborhood Intel, and the registration process is complete.
