Districts may utilize the Public Safety Drill App to internally store, track and share their public safety drill reports, audits and logs. This article explains how to find and navigate the Public Safety Drill app.

Finding the Public Safety Drill App
✏️ Note: Registered Users must login first, to gain full access to all data in the Public Safety Drills app at www.munetrix.com.
- You can access the Public Safety Drills App from the Homepage in Munetrix® at www.munetrix.com.
- On the main screen/homepage on the upper left hand corner, hover over the red "My Apps" Icon as shown in the screenshot below.
- Click the green lock and key for the Public Safety Drills App.
- You can also access the Public Safety Drills App near the bottom of the homepage in Munetrix® as well.
- In the My Apps tray, click the Public Safety Drills App.
Navigating the Public Safety Drill App
- The Public Safety Drill App provides a number of features to manage, document, post and report on Public Safety Drills conducted within the school district. This sections provides a brief explanation of each of the key sections of the app.
Schedules: Upon opening the app the screen will default to a list of schools on the Schedules tab. Click the name of a school to access the Public Safety Drill schedule(s) for that particular building and additional features for adding, editing, and managing safety drill schedules.
Buildings: The buildings tab allows users to add new buildings, edit building information such as building code, address, type, status, square feet, and more. Buildings can also be marked as closed, removed from the list, and/or combined if needed in this section.
Building Map: This section allows users to see a geospatial visual display of building locations, types, etc. across the district's geographical boundaries.
Reports: This section allows users to access a variety of reporting features, such as: exporting drill schedules, compliance audits, drill timelines, and reports on lessons learned from safety drills.
