Review this checklist when missing students on your roster in Munetrix, if your roster data is imported via API connection from the MI Datahub.
The rosters in Munetrix are updated weekly, over the weekend via an API connection with the MI Data Hub. New students added to the roster the previous week will appear on Monday Below is a brief checklist which will be helpful in troubleshooting issues with missing students on the Munetrix Roster.
- Please ensure that the ODS file has been set up properly to share all of the student data with the MI Data Hub. For more information on how to create an ODS File watch this video.
- The API process runs weekly. The process begins on Thursday evenings and completes by Monday Morning. If a student is entered into the SIS on Thursday morning, the data may not be ingested by the MI Data Hub in time for the student to appear in the Munetrix Student Master List the following Monday. Depending on when students are entered into the SIS, it may take until the process runs the following week for students to appear.
- Students must be registered in at least one section (class) in the SIS to appear in Munetrix. The section (class) data must be shared with the MI Data Hub through the ODS file. You may need to consult with your SIS provider about providing sections for the missing students. To help identify students without sections in the MI Data Hub run the At-A-Glance Report.
- Login to the MI Data Hub Cockpit.
- Click Reports then select View District Reports.
- Next select Data Quality.
- Select At-A-Glance from the report menu.
The At-A-Glance report can highlight the students with missing sections.
Click on the numbers in the chart under "No Courses" to see which students are missing course/section assignments.
