Renaissance Learning: Manually Entering Student State ID Numbers

The Munetrix platform accepts data from a number of assessment providers and empowers users to analyze data from multiple assessments within one platform. Renaissance Learning customers must ensure State Student IDs are uploaded.

Manually Entering State District IDs in Renaissance


  • From the main screen when you are logged on as a District Administrator, select Manage Apps & Users.



  • On the Manage Apps & Users screen, select Districts & Schools.
  • On the District & Schools page, select the District Details tab; enter the State Number value


  • Select Save at the bottom of the page.

 

School State IDs:


✏️Note:  Attention CDI Customers - Please contact your Data Integration Specialist before updating school state IDs in Renaissance. 

  • On the District & Schools page, select the Schools tab.
  • Select a specific school.
  • Enter the state number value.


  • Select Save at the bottom of the page.

Student State IDs:


✏️ Notes:  Attention CDI Customers -  Please contact your Data Integration Specialist before updating student or teacher state IDs in Renaissance. 


  • From the main screen when you are logged on as a District Administrator, select Manage Apps & Users

 

  • Select Users.
  • Search for the student you want to add a student state ID to.  Once you find the student, select their name. Click on the Details tab. Scroll to the bottom and add or update the State Student ID; Select Save.
