[Neighborhood Intel](https://solutions.munetrix.com/en/knowledge/neighborhood-intel?hsLang=en) # Complete the Account Registration Process (Neighborhood Intel) ## This article explains how to complete the registration and login process for the Neighborhood Intel platform once you receive an email invitation. #### ⏰Estimated time:  5 minutes #### Complete the Account Registration Process --- Once the user account(s) have been set up by the Munetrix engineering team, each new user will be sent an email notification with the following steps to complete the registration.  Upon receiving an invitation to complete the account registration process, follow the steps below. - Open your internet browser. - Go to (custom URL provided for your organization). - Click **Create Account**. - Sign-up using your organization or **work email address**. - Where "phone number" is requested - **enter your cell phone number**.  (This is required for 2-factor authentication.) - You will receive a text with a 2-factor authentication code. - Enter the **2-factor authentication code** when prompted. - Once the 2-factor authentication code is recognized, **you will be prompted to sign in** to Neighborhood Intel, and the registration process is complete.   ✏️ **Note:**  While Munetrix supports multiple internet browsers including Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Microsoft Edge, and Apple Safari -
