Select a student from the **Risk Analysis** or **Students** (student search) dashboards. - Click **Attendance** on the left panel. ![](https://solutions.munetrix.com/hubfs/image-png-Apr-05-2023-02-27-19-6522-AM.png) - The **dashboard** shows key attendance indicators and the monthly trend of tardies, excused an unexcuse absences over time.    - **Total Days Enrolled:** The total number of days possible for the student to attend school, since the date they were enrolled for this school year. - **Total Excused Absences:** The total number of absences the student has had that were excused or approved by the school. - **Total Unexcused Absences:** The total number of absences the student has had that were unexcused or not approved by the school. - The **Attendance Totals by Period** graph shows the total tardies, excused absences, an unexcused absences for each month.  Trends can be helpful in evaluating whether the student's attendance risk level is increasing or decreasing. - **Blue = Tardy:** The student arrives late after school has begun or is picked up for early dismissal, before school dismisses. - **Green = Excused Absence:**  The student absence is excused or approved by the school administration. -
