The Munetrix Academic Achievement Module uses individual student roster data in a number of applications. This article explains how to review the Master Student List in the Munetrix Academic Achievement Module.
⏰Estimated Time: 5 minutes or less
Viewing the Master Student List
- In the Munetrix Academic Achievement Model click Administration.
- In the left menu, click Master Student List.
- This will display a list of all students that have been uploaded into Munetrix. Student roster data is either received via an API interface or manual exports from a student information system (SIS).
✏️ Note: The Student Master list plays a vital role in the operations of several key system components including:
- SGX Assessment Dashboards
- Educator Evaluations
- Individual Reading Intervention Reports - IRIPs
- Attendance Report (Administration)
- Student Locator Report
- Michigan 31a Eligiblity (At Risk Report)
- Michigan 31a Programs (At Risk Programs/Services Report)
- Michigan 31a Annual Report (At Risk Summary Report)
- Michigan 31a Programs Tracking
- The filters on the top of the screen can be used to limit your list by city, grade, or term/school year. Specific students can also be searched by last name, state ID, and local SIS ID.
- At the top of each column, clicking on the arrows will sort the data in each column. This example is sorted by building.
✏️ Note: Any automated imports, API integrations, or manual imports will only add new students to the list or update specific information fields for students on the list during a given term/school year. Students who leave or exit the district during a given term/school year will be retained on the Master Student List for historical purposes as some applications require their data.
