Certain features in the Munetrix Academic Module, such as IRIPs and the 31a Eligibility report can auto-generate based on specific criteria entered by the school district users. This article explains how to enter the specific criteria.
⏰Estimated Time: 5-30 minutes (depending on the number of criteria)
How Report Criteria Works
The Report Criteria allows district to enter specific criteria (i.e. cut scores, percentiles, status, level, etc.) which the Munetrix system will use to:
- Identify eligible "at risk" students for the 31a Eligibility Report based on state and local assessment scores. (Michigan only.)
- Mass generate Individual Student Reading Intervention Plans (IRIPs) for students who meet the specified criteria.
The report criteria must be entered prior to attempting to run the 31a Eligibility Report or mass generate student IRIPs.
Add Report Criteria

- On the Data tab, click Report Criteria.
- Click +Add.

- Assessment Term: Select the term of the assessment data you wish to use. Note: Local assessments are often administered during Fall, Winter or Spring.
