Michigan Datahub ODS Set-up: Set-up your ODS file to send roster, assessment, demographic, socio-economic, attendance, course grades, staff and behavior data to Munetrix. | _______ | Send All Required Fields from Your SIS: To ensure Munetrix receives all of the necessary data, update your SIS and ODS file to ensure you are including all fo the required fields. You may need to publish additional fields from your SIS to the MI Datahub. Refer to Academic Module Required Tables/Fields. |
| _______ | Student and Teacher Course Sections: Ensure all students and teachers are associated with course sections or Munetrix will not receive their data. To find students/staff without course sections, run the At-A-Glance Report in the Michigan Datahub. Check for missing students and staff. Refer to the Munetrix article Missing Students and Staff for details. |
| _______ | MI Datahub-Munetrix Readiness Script: Use the MiDatahub-Munetrix data readiness script. Run the readiness script to evaluate the readiness of district data for use in the Munetrix system. |
