EPIC Analytics: Product Release Updates

Release Version: 2026-02-16

  • Updated the Operations & Maintenance chart for Idaho to render the data properly.

  • Updated the Capital Improvement reports to show report headers and render added narratives/descriptions entered by users in the Capital Improvement Manager printed summary reports.  Narrative editor tool is shown below.

  • Updated default school year in Peer Groups charts/graphs to most current data loaded.  Example shown below: 


  • Updated "How the Money is Spent" scenario chart and "Personnel Expenditures" pie graph for Idaho districts.

     

     

  • Added "Proficiency and Student Growth Correlation" chart to the Academics container on the Munetrix district homepage and in peer groups.  This NEW chart allows  users to compare the average building Student Growth Percentile and Percent of Students Proficient in a particular grade level and subject on state assessments. 

    Note:  This chart is only available in states where public aggregate state assessment proficiency data and student growth percentile data is available through public state data portals.


Release Version: 2026-02-02

  • Updated the Personnel Salaries Detail report for Kentucky, in the Eastern Region  dashboard.  To navigate to this, in the breadcrumbs in the blue bar at the top of the page, click NKCES.  Then click the Citizen's Guide tab.  Under Personnel Reports in the left menu, click Personnel Salaries Detail.

  • Updated transportation charts/graphs in the Custom Reports Administrative Review.  They now read Transportation - Expenditures per Rider Mile" and "Transportation - Miles per Rider".
