The Munetrix platform accepts data from a number of assessment providers and empowers users to analyze data across multiple assessments in one platform. The following document provides step-by-step directions for downloading PSAT data.
Exporting Data from the OEAA Secure Site
⏰ Estimated Time: 10 minutes
✏️ Note: The BAA secure site was recently renamed the OEAA Secure Site but still uses the same URL.
- Login to the Secure Site at https://baa.state.mi.us/BAASecure/Login.aspx with MEIS login and password.
- From the Reports menu at the top select Student Test Scores.
- Under Test Cycle view all the state assessments for each year. A separate export must be completed for each test cycle. Remember, for PSAT a separate download must be completed for PSAT9, PSAT 10 and PSAT 8 (where available).
- Select the year of the PSAT data you want to download. Under the drop-down Report Type select Student Data File.
- The screen will then populate the grades. Ensure ALL remains selected.
- The ISD and District should automatically populate unless your account has permission to access multiple ISD’s or Districts.
- For School select District Summary Report.
- Then select Search.
- The file will download automatically in your browser. Open the file in Microsoft Excel.
- Click Save As.
- Add the Year and Test Name to the existing file name.
- Click Save and save the file to the desired folder on computer hard drive or desktop.
- Upload the CSV file(s) to the PSAT sub-folder in the Munetrix Box folder for your district.
✏️ Note: Box will send automatic notification to your Munetrix® Implementation Manager each time you upload files to Box. You may also wish to send them a courtesy email letting them know you are finished upload file(s) for an assessment.
🛠️ Troubleshooting Tips:
- Data Exports must be saved in CSV (Comma Separated Values) format to be compliant with the Munetrix Import Process.
