This article explains how to use the keyword search field to search for charts, graphs, and data visualizations on the Financial Module homepage or within peer groups by topic or keyword(s).

- On the Financial Module homepage, locate the keyword search box at the very top, center of the page.
- Enter a topic, keyword(s) or short phrase for the dataset or visualizations you are looking for. For example: graduation rate, enrollment, expenditures, fund balance, pupil to staff ratio, etc.
- Any affiliated results will appear based on the keyword(s) or phrase entered available on the homepage, the multi-year general fund grid, or the peer groups.
- Select the data visualization and year you wish to view. For charts/graphs within peer groups, select the data visualization and peer group you wish to view the data for.
- The data visualization will appear
- Print chart/graph or copy link and paste into an email or document to share a dynamic version. The recipient will not need a login to view the chart.
- Export the data grid if desired using the Export link just above the top right corner of the data table.
Tip: If you do not receive any results try reducing the phrase or keyword(s) to either the most common or unique keyword.
